Due to the custom nature and limited edition launch of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

However, if your planner arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Cooperandlillydesigns@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
